With 18 member organisations across Europe, EMMA is the gateway to the decision makers and leaders of the music co-system. Connected with every sector of the industry, from live to recorded including sync, publishing and studios; managers and artists lead the way. We work for a better future for all artists and musicians, fostering a diverse and representative industry through targeted opportunities, capacity building, networking, research and more.

Representing and advocating for their artists, their work encompasses everything from contract negotiation to creative direction.

We work on three core levels delivering these kinds of activities; EU & international, national alongside our members, and on an individual basis with managers themselves.
